It has been on Amazon for a couple of weeks, but I wanted to have an official launch with some bonuses thrown in to show my appreciation for all you Brainiacs!

This is how it works.  On Saturday, head over to Amazon and buy the Kindle version of the book for $2.99.  You don't need to have a Kindle device, you can read it on just about any device.
